With consistent and mindful practice, your brain and body work together to help you really look at your lifelong relationship with gravity.
From living a life, we all have some form of musculoskeletal imbalances, postural habits, injuries, and the like. When facing an injury or chronic pain, your Pilates Practice adjusts to meet you right where you are. We carefully select appropriate exercises to promote healing to the part, while considering how the whole body is working.
Our goal is to improve our human experience in the one body that we will ever get to live in.
