Private Sessions are available year round in Ann’s home studio In Hamden, NY. Every session is tailored to what you need that day utilizing a variety of apparatus including the spine corrector and the reformer.
The outdoor studio is open from May until October, offering Private and Semi-Private Sessions. Take a three minute hike to find 4 raised mats in the forest. Pilates as nature intended.
Online sessions are available year round from anywhere you are.
Sláinte Pilates offers a holistic approach to the system of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates.
