Sláinte Pilates offers a holistic approach to the system of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates. Cultivate your core integration, pliability, strength, functional alignment, and breath awareness. From living a life, we all have some form of musculoskeletal imbalances, postural habits, injuries, and the like. When facing an injury or chronic pain, your Pilates Practice adjusts to meet you right where you are. We carefully select appropriate exercises to promote healing to the part, while considering how the whole body is working.
Our goal is to improve our human experience in the one body that we will ever get to live in.

Take a 3 minute hike through a deciduous forest to a clearing by a spring. There you will find four custom made raised mats for you to experience Pilates as nature intended! Private and semi-private sessions are available, scroll up to the “Session Menu” to see available sessions.

This booking system has some limitations- it’s just easier for you to email me and I’ll get back to you within 24 hours, for sure!
Duet sessions are $50 per person
Trio Sessions are $37 per person
Quartet sessions are $30 per person
Private Sessions are available year round in my home studio in Hamden, NY. Every session is tailored to what you need that day utilizing a variety of apparatus including the spine corrector and the reformer.
The outdoor studio is open from May until October.
